Founded by Catlin Donnelly 1990, E. Catlin Donnelly and Associates provides customized executive search, strategic positioning and organizational development services to mission-driven organizations in Greater Boston. Catlin's work is based in a strategic perspective, a strong orientation toward social justice, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and people. She has an extensive record of empowering community-based organizations to develop processes that facilitate understanding and change, whether the need is for expansion, reorganization, succession planning, consolidation, or performance improvements.

Catlin partners with other independent consultants to bring special expertise to augment the impact of her work. These consultants have relatively small consulting practices, allowing them to work directly with only a few clients at a time. Catlin's team works in close partnership with clients to identify organizational and business strategies that ensure optimal deployment of human and financial resources in support of the organization's vision and strategic goals, in order to help them better meet their customers' needs and increase the impact on the communities they serve.
