All of our searches begin with an organizational assessment, which provides the foundation for the search and the knowledge and insight that we integrate into a detailed job description. It also allows us to clearly represent the organization and to identify individuals who would be well suited to its specific needs and culture.

Our networking approach is personalized with deep regional roots and a wide variety of contacts developed over 20 years. During this phase of the search, we create a strong pool of qualified candidates, each of whom would bring a different approach and leave their own imprint on the organization.
